The Bath & Yarn Emporium opened in February 2022, selling a mixture of yarns and bath products. Over time they chose to concentrate on yarns and knitting / crochet accessories as these proved to be highly successful in their Melton Mowbray store.
The rebrand to Melton Yarn Shop starts on 1st September 2026 when a change in signage and a MEGA SALE will begin for an entire week. There will also be a raffle, so do come to 4 Bowley Court and share in our celebrations.
Melton Yarn Shop is co-owned by Debbie Smith and Colette Burns. Debbie was born in Melton Mowbray and has enjoyed crochet since the age of 10. Colette has lived in Melton for over 30 years, and both are seriously passionate about passing on their skills and sharing experiences through their success series of workshops.
The new business will continue to offer their successful lessons and workshops, including Christmas Crafts later in the year. Keep an eye on social media or pop in to find out more.
